The Hotel features 77-guest rooms and 30-Hotel Residences which may have the opportunity to be included in the hotel-managed program. The Hotel Residences are fully-furnished and appointed by famed interior designer and architect, Joseph Dirand.
As a Hotel Residence owner, you will have the same privileges of ownership as a Private Residence owner, with a private entrance lobby and valet independent of the hotel, and access to the residents-only fitness centers (one in the North and one in the South) and one residents-only pool. In addition, Hotel Residence owners also have access to the other wonderful features and amenities on property including: three additional pools, beach access, Four Seasons Spa, our two incredible restaurants Le Sirenuse and The Surf Club Restaurant by Thomas Keller, and more.
Owners have a dedicated staff of Residential Concierges, Director of Residences, Butlers, and valets - all located in the North Tower, as well as all the comforts of Four Seasons living including in-residence dining, housekeeping, spa services, and provisioning.
