About Jessica Julian

With vast experience in relocation, Jessica was born and raised in Nebraska but really began her Real-Estate career working in the marketing department for several commercial brokers when she moved to Seattle WA.

Embracing her entrepreneurial spirit, Jessica left marketing to pursue sales as an independent insurance agent in California. Quickly being recognized as a top producer her insurance career soon relocated her to the beautiful Florida coast where she now happily calls home.

It wasn’t long before the call to Real Estate brought her back and in the past 12 years Jessica consistently ranks as a multi-million dollar agent, she has been happily using her people skills, and her knowledge in relocation to bring residential buyers and sellers together in Palm Beach County.

To better serve her clients, in 2022-2023 Jessica had worked alongside a New York City Powerhouse, The Katzen Team, to broaden exposure in partnering markets and bring even more wealth of knowledge to her arsenal with a group that has consistently ranked in the top ten most productive teams in New York.  Whether the North East or the West Coast, Jessica enjoys bringing referrals and new friends to Palm Beach County where she calls a little slice of paradise. 

Jessica brings a progressive approach to marketing, is known for her dedication to integrity, honesty and uncompromising service combined with Douglas Ellimans' sophisticated resources to create a winning combination. 

Personally, if Jessica is not playing with her dog, she can be found behind the wheel of a race car, enjoying tennis or some type of fitness, traveling, and keeping up to date on local news. She also volunteers for Meals on Wheels and several animal rescue organizations. Always finding the lighter side in any situation, JJ, is known for mixing a little humor in her social media presence.
