About Jessica Julian

With vast experience in relocation, Jessica was born and raised in Nebraska but really began her Real-Estate career working in the marketing department for several commercial brokers when she moved to Seattle WA.

Embracing her entrepreneurial spirit, Jessica left marketing to pursue sales as an independent insurance agent in California. Quickly being recognized as a top producer her insurance career soon relocated her to the beautiful Florida coast where she now happily calls home.

It wasn’t long before the call to Real Estate brought her back and in the past 13 years Jessica consistently ranks as a multi-million dollar agent, she has been happily using her people skills, and her knowledge in relocation to bring residential buyers and sellers together in Palm Beach County.

To better serve her clients and broaden exposure in partnering markets, Jessica works alongside some of the top agents and teams throughout the country.  Whether the North East or the West Coast, Jessica enjoys bringing referrals and new friends to Palm Beach County where she calls a little slice of paradise. 

Jessica brings a progressive approach to marketing, is known for her dedication to integrity, honesty and uncompromising service combined with Compass's sophisticated resources to create a winning combination. 

Personally, if Jessica is not playing with her dog, she can be found behind the wheel of a race car, enjoying tennis or some type of fitness, traveling, and keeping up to date on local news.
